Help!! I received the incorrect items!

 If you receive the wrong item(s), please email us immediately at and we will resolve the issue right away. Please include your order number and photo(s) of the items you did receive in your order. In most cases, we will ship out your correct order along with a pre-paid return envelope for the wrong items within one business day. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging IF IT IS A BOXED SET. Simply email WITHIN 7 DAYS with your order number and inquiry details, and we will send you a return label! Print the label, and drop in your outgoing mail! Once the items have been received, your return or exchange will be processed and credited to the original payment method!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. BIKINIS, UNBOXED LINGERIE SETS, One-on-One coaching, and tutorial downloads are FINAL SALE.

One-on-One Coaching: If you a have purchased a training package and wish to no longer use it BEFORE YOU'VE COMPLETED YOUR FIRST SESSION, you will be refunded all but $25.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?

If any items in your order arrive damaged, please email us immediately at Please include clear photo(s) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will offer an exchange in which we cover the return and new order shipping costs. 

 How should I maintain my lingerie?

 All exoticwear, swimwear, and lingerie are hand wash only! Use a garment bag and wash delicate if you must use the laundry machine. It is recommended that you hand wash in cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. Rinse until water runs clear of soap. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Do not iron or leave in direct sunlight.

Do not wash different colors together to avoid colors bleeding!
